Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using carlosmarten.com or the carlosmarten application ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
carlosmarten.com is a blog about AI, tech, and relevant news, operated by Carlos Marten. The carlosmarten application is a companion integration that connects the blog's author to his personal Google Workspace account to assist with content and admin tasks.
Google account access
The application accesses the owner's personal Google account exclusively through Google OAuth 2.0, and only when the owner requests a task. Access can be revoked at any time via Google Account permissions. The application is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Use of content
Blog content is provided for informational purposes. You may read and share it with attribution, but you may not reproduce it commercially without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The author makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or completeness of content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlos Marten shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
